Leaflet Distribution Group, a trading entity of Marketize Ltd, will hereafter be referred to as "the company," "our" or "we".
"The customer" or "client" refers to any individual, business, or entity who has enlisted our services for the distribution of materials.
Unless special arrangements have been made, the distributed item should be a single sheet.
Staples, pins, or other attachments are not permitted.
The item's size must be at least A7 but not larger than A1.
The weight of each item should not exceed 400g.
All items in a single delivery must be the same size and weight.
Each item must advertise a single business only.
Unless specified, quotes issued will be based on materials weighing 80 GSM per page.
These quotes are estimates and could be revised once the material is assessed or more information about its size and weight is provided.
Bookings can be placed verbally or by submitting our order form via email, fax, or mail.
Stock for promotional materials should be delivered to Leaflet Distribution Group, Millmead Business Centre, London N17 9QU by 6.30 p.m. on the agreed date.
For orders that include printing services or distribution exceeding £250, we can collect materials from your location or local printer within London at no cost. Smaller orders or the same from distant locations may incur a charge of £1 per mile.
Each carton should not weigh over 15kg.
All items in a single carton or bundle must be identical.
The customer's name must be clearly labeled on each carton or bundle.
For multiple ongoing orders, the job number or distribution area should be clearly labeled on the carton.
The distribution cost covers the delivery of items that match the specifications listed in the order form. Any deviation may result in an additional charge or removal from the distribution schedule.
In case of delays due to errors or quantity discrepancies, we will distribute the items at the next available opportunity and keep the client informed.
Distribution is carried out within one week of the campaign start date to households defined in the order form. Although we aim to deliver to all addresses, we cannot guarantee 100% delivery due to potential access restrictions or safety concerns.
Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may affect distribution timelines. It is advisable to notify us of any deadlines at the planning stage.
We reserve the right to adjust the delivery method and schedule due to uncontrolled circumstances.
Distribution is done using UK postcodes. For specific requirements, mapping changes may come with a fee of not more than £35.
We utilize GPS technology to ensure the secure and efficient delivery of client materials. However, we do not share this data with clients.
Any query or complaint should be reported within 48 hours. We will investigate and report the findings to the customer within 30 days.
In case of any shortfall identified, we will rectify it in subsequent delivery or offer a credit to the value of the shortfall, capped at the value of the distribution contract.
We cannot control or take responsibility for the number and quality of responses received from the distributed items. The customer should ensure the accuracy of the information in the delivered materials before distribution.
A 30-day notice is required for contract termination. Late cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.
Please give one month's notice for cancellations or changes. Otherwise, associated costs will be chargeable.
The customer must ensure all items conform to relevant legislations and codes and do not infringe the Code of Advertising Practice or the British Code of Sales Promotion Practice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that, in our opinion, may cause embarrassment, bring disrepute, violate laws or regulations, or endanger staff.

Leaflet Distribution Group does not guarantee delivery to all letterboxes within a chosen area.
These terms and conditions govern our relationship and override any other agreement or terms.
This agreement is subject to English Law, and all parties agree to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
